We are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating trades, preparing estimates, and managing residential construction projects from design through completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss project scope, budgets, timelines, and design requirements.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and pricing for custom homes and renovations.
• Create and modify residential drawings using SoftPlan (AutoCAD) , SketchUp , or equivalent design software.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and scheduling.
• Meet on-site with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants as required.
• Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Manage project budgets and process change orders.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the construction process.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the company's high standards of quality.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in residential construction project management.
• Experience preparing project estimates and pricing.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Proficiency with SoftPlan (AutoCAD) , SketchUp , or equivalent residential design software.
• Experience with custom homes and large-scale residential renovations.
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
