Position Overview

Senoria Seniors is seeking motivated and relationship-focused Senior Care Sales Associates to help connect seniors and families with trusted home care and senior support services.

This opportunity is well suited to experienced sales professionals, business development specialists, healthcare professionals, community connectors, and relationship builders who are comfortable developing their own network and generating new business.

As an Independent Senior Care Sales Associate , you will identify prospective clients, build referral relationships, conduct initial consultations, educate seniors and families about Senoria's services, and help convert qualified opportunities into active clients.

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity offering flexibility to manage your own schedule and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities within your local community
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, senior-serving organizations, community groups, and other referral partners
• Connect with seniors and their families to understand their care and support needs
• Present and explain Senoria Seniors' home care and senior support services
• Follow up professionally with prospective clients, families, and referral partners
• Maintain accurate and timely records of leads and activities in the company's CRM
• Work toward agreed business development and client acquisition targets
• Attend community events and networking opportunities when appropriate
• Represent Senoria Seniors professionally and ethically in the community

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, healthcare, or relationship management is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable developing new relationships and generating business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Professional approach when interacting with seniors, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
• Experience in senior care, healthcare, insurance, financial services, real estate, community outreach, or professional sales is considered an asset

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based Independent Contractor position. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum level of earnings.

Contractors may have the potential to earn approximately $50,000–$150,000+ annually , depending on individual performance, client acquisition, business development results, and commissions generated. This range is illustrative only and is not a guarantee of earnings.

There is no cap on commission earnings.
