Dynamically impact labour relations as a Labour Relations Analyst with Humber River Health. This full-time role focuses on case preparation and data analytics within a leading healthcare organization. At Humber River Health, we are eager to find a Labour Relations Analyst to join our permanent team at the Wilson Site. You will engage in preparing arbitration files, conducting legal research, and providing data-driven recommendations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our labour relations strategies in a unionized atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed arbitration and grievance case files
- Conduct research on labour law and collective agreement language
- Provide drafting support for legal and HR team documentation
- Analyze data trends related to grievance handling
- Create templates and processes to improve documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in labour relations
- Experience with grievance procedures and case law research
- Strong written and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis reporting
