This full-time, on-site role in Toronto focuses on overseeing property management performance for a diverse residential portfolio. You will execute leasing strategies, analyze financial results, and ensure compliance with legislation while fostering a high-performance culture among Property Managers and teams. Collaboration with finance, asset management, and capital teams is key to enhancing portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations for multi-site residential portfolio performance
- Execute leasing and pricing strategies for optimal occupancy
- Monitor KPIs and financial results for actionable improvement
- Develop and manage annual budgets with cross-functional partners
- Oversee compliance with Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies
- 10+ years in residential property management experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership for multi-site operations
- Strong financial acumen and KPI management skills
- Knowledge of Ontario tenancy legislation and best practices
- Experience with property management systems like Yardi
