As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will perform systems analysis, data analytics, and convert training materials into interactive formats. Key Responsibilities: • Capture business requirements for health systems • Provide data cleansing and analytics services • Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning content • Manage LMS uploads and testing of SCORM content • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis • Expertise in Microsoft Technologies and NoSQL • Advanced knowledge in e-learning tools like Adobe Captivate • Proven project management capabilities • Familiarity with public safety operations is an asset
