Clinical Research Associate

ICON seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor clinical trials, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain data integrity. The role involves site visits, investigator collaboration, and documentation review across sponsor-dedicated programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trial process
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
- Prepare and review study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience as CRA
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
- Legal right to work in Canada
