Clinical Trial Associate

ICON is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate for a hybrid role in Mississauga to support clinical research operations within a sponsor-dedicated model. The position involves coordinating trial activities, managing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent studies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer clinical trials while ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance
- Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, study files, and regulatory submissions
- Prepare study-related materials including informed consent forms and case report forms
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to support smooth trial execution
- Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestone progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum two years supporting clinical trials
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing regulatory documentation for clinical trials
- Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to report to Mississauga office three days per week
Compensation: $55,000–$67,000 CAD base
