Clinical Trial Associate

Clinical Trial Associate position at a large contract research organization, supporting sponsor-dedicated clinical research operations. The role involves trial coordination, documentation management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setup based in Mississauga.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer clinical trials while ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance
- Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, study files, and regulatory submissions
- Support preparation of study materials including informed consent and case report forms
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams for smooth trial execution
- Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum two years of clinical trial support experience
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines
- Experience managing regulatory documentation for clinical trials
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to report to Mississauga office 3 days per week
Compensation: $55,000–$67,000 CAD base
