Office Assistant (Temporary)

Job Responsibility:
Challenger Downhole Tools is an Edmonton based Drilling Tool service company and is looking for an experienced Office Assistant for holiday coverage and on call casual as needed.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents- Assist with customer support by answering phone calls and emails as well as customer billing- Manage front office activities including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar role- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems- Familiarity with customer service principles- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage 50 Premium- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
