The Role
This is a customer-facing technical role focused on supporting the sales process through technical expertise, solution design, product demonstrations, and customer engagement.
You will be an individual contributor working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to help customers and partners understand, evaluate, and successfully implement Sera4 solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, communicating value, and building trusted relationships with customers and partners.
What You'll Own
- Technical Sales Support
- Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales process
- Support customer evaluations, technical discussions, and solution positioning
- Customer & Partner Enablement
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Educate customers and partners on Sera4 solutions and use cases
- Build trusted relationships to understand customer needs
- Solution Design & Integration
- Design and configure solutions with customers
- Support integrations with customer workflows and third-party systems
- Ensure alignment with security and operational requirements
- Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain technical presentations, solution briefs, and installation guides
- Support RFIs, RFPs, and customer-facing technical documentation
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
- Strengthen technical positioning and support competitive differentiation
What You Bring
- Strong technical knowledge of access control, security, or related technologies including:
- Hardware - Low-voltage electrical systems • Wiring and installation • Mechanical systems design
- Software - API integrations • Cloud architecture • Mobile application design
- Experience with system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
