Join a leading banking institution as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer located in downtown Toronto. This contract role focuses on your skills in Automation Studio and Journey Builder. Insight Global is inviting applications for a 12-month contract for an Intermediate to Senior Salesforce Developer in Toronto, requiring hybrid work three days in the office. This expert role allows you to utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Connect, while supporting the development team with best practices and technical insight. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute automated email marketing campaigns
- Develop multi-step customer journeys in Journey Builder
- Use Contact Builder for effective contact management
- Execute complex SQL queries for data insights
- Generate accurate post-deployment analytic reports
- Minimum of 4 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication for stakeholder engagement
- Experience in mapping and managing contact data
