Developer - Infrastructure Automation

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions (scripts, workflows, tools);
• Automate deployments and management of virtual environments;
• Setting up and maintaining as-code frameworks (e.g. Terraform);
• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of CI/CD pipelines;
• Optimize and industrialize operational processes;
• Diagnose and correct problems related to automations;
• Participate in change management (deployments, updates, patches);
• Ensure the quality, performance and security of the solutions developed (including vulnerability treatment);
• Collaborate with IT teams to align solutions with business needs;
• Document solutions, scripts, and best practices.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Possess a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience in automation or development;
• Have experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code);
• Have experience with CI/ CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab or equivalent);
• Experience in change management (ITIL) (an asset);
• Demonstrate knowledge of security best practices (vulnerability management);
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool (an asset);
• Have a good understanding of virtual and cloud environments;
• Have a command of PowerShell;
• This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
