What you’ll accomplish with us

• Implement, document, and maintain configurations and administrative functions (user accounts, workflows, fields, data, custom settings, dashboards, and reports).
• Ensure optimal performance and proper functioning of Salesforce configurations.
• Collaborate with integrators, business analysts, solution architects, and the Product Manager.
• Participate in defining functional and technical specifications, analyze business needs, and ensure proper documentation.
• Configure and document specific solutions or interfaces, support user training, and stay up to date on new tools, features, and Salesforce platform updates.

• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration for deployment or operational support projects, along with a university degree in administration or a related field; Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Data 360 and Agentforce are considered strong assets.

Advanced level of French, both spoken and written. Intermediate level of English, as the role involves participating in meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails with English‑speaking partners and suppliers on a daily basis (approximately 20% of tasks).
