The Opportunity
We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist - Salesforce Transformation to join one of our delivery teams and contribute to a large‑scale CRM transformation initiative. In this role, you will help improve user experience, simplify access to business data, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions within a complex and highly regulated setting.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Product Owner to define and evolve user‑centric Salesforce solutions
- Design functional mockups and contribute to proof‑of‑concept development in non‑production environments
- Support the deployment of solutions through established Agile delivery processes
- Improve user interfaces and optimize end‑to‑end user journeys within Salesforce
- Enhance dashboard design, data visualization, and overall platform ergonomics
- Translate business needs into actionable configurations and enhancements within Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience and tool adoption
- Participate in iterative development cycles within an Agile framework
Vos responsabilités
- Collaborer avec le Product Owner pour définir et faire évoluer des solutions centrées sur l'utilisateur
- Concevoir des maquettes fonctionnelles et participer à la réalisation de preuves de concept
- Contribuer à la mise en production via les processus de livraison Agile
- Améliorer les interfaces utilisateurs et optimiser les parcours dans Salesforce
- Optimiser les tableaux de bord, la visualisation des données et l'ergonomie globale
- Traduire les besoins d'affaires en configurations et améliorations concrètes dans Salesforce
- Travailler étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (affaires, technologie, livraison)
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience utilisateur et de l'adoption des outils
- Évoluer dans un environnement de travail itératif et agile

- Strong experience in UX/UI design within digital transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical, business‑aligned solutions
- Experience working in Agile, fast‑paced, and collaborative environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
