Join our team as a Lead Business Central Consultant and help drive transformative client solutions this leadership role focuses on guiding D365 Business Central implementations for operational improvement you will lead all facets of client engagements ensuring the successful configuration and deployment of D365 Business Central.
Your responsibilities include managing project scope and timelines while mentoring consultants to enhance their skills become a trusted advisor by building solid client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee D365 Business Central implementation and delivery processes
- Act as the functional lead for core business functions
- Recommend best practices for operational efficiency and reporting
- Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables
- Manage team development and knowledge sharing effectively
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Dynamics NAV or similar ERPs
- Proven track record in leading functional consulting engagements
- In-depth knowledge of finance, inventory, and sales processes
- Experience in mentoring and developing consulting teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
