À propos du poste
Ce rôle convient parfaitement à une personne ayant une expérience concrète en consultation sur Business Central, qui s’épanouit dans des environnements dynamiques et aime résoudre des problématiques d’affaires complexes à l’aide de la technologie. Relevant du gestionnaire de consultation, il s’agit d’un rôle de consultation orienté client visant la livraison complète de solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Vous agirez comme conseiller de confiance auprès des clients en les accompagnant dans les phases de découverte, conception, implantation et support post‑déploiement.
Responsabilités
Consultation client et conception de solutions
- Animer des ateliers de découverte pour comprendre les processus d’affaires, les enjeux et les objectifs des clients
- Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions Business Central adaptées
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et collaborer avec les équipes techniques
Implantation et livraison
- Gérer des implantations complètes (configuration, tests, formation, support)
- S’assurer que les solutions sont évolutives, maintenables et alignées sur les objectifs
- Offrir du soutien et de l’optimisation après déploiement
Prévente et rôle‑conseil
- Participer aux démonstrations, cadrages et propositions
- Conseiller les clients sur les meilleures pratiques et tendances du marché
Collaboration et support
- Travailler avec développeurs, gestionnaires de projet et consultants
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes et fournir des solutions expertes
Exigences
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en consultation avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ou NAV), incluant des implantations complètes
- Capacité démontrée à diriger des mandats clients
- Bonne maîtrise des modules Finance, Fabrication et Gestion d’entrepôt
- Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation
- Baccalauréat en affaires, informatique ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
- Connaissance des technologies Microsoft (Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) — un atout
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et gérer plusieurs mandats
Salaire et avantages
La rémunération totale varie entre 90 000 $ et 130 000 $, selon l’expérience, les compétences et la valeur apportée. Le candidat doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada ou aux États-Unis et disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on consulting experience in Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology. Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a client‑facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post‑go‑live support.
Responsibilities
Client Consulting & Solution Design
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
- Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture
Implementation & Delivery
- Manage full‑cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
- Provide post‑implementation consulting and optimization services
Pre‑Sales & Advisory
- Support pre‑sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full‑cycle implementations
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
Salary & Benefits
The total compensation for this role is $90,000 to $130,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
