Join Insight Global as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant in a part‑time capacity. Leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to support a major enterprise while potentially moving to full‑time. In this 12‑month contract role, you’ll rely on your 7–9 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Your responsibilities will include hands‑on work with CoreHR and additional modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding. Collaborate effectively with various teams while enhancing system functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules effectively
- Engage with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for enhancements
- Oversee payroll processes and support integrations
- Perform testing and troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain documentation and provide production support
Requirements
- 7–9+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- Proficiency in Core HR, Absence, and Compensation modules
- Skilled in requirements gathering and system configuration
- Proven knowledge of HR processes end‑to‑end
- Flexibility for part time evolving to full time hours
