Assistant RH/ HR Assistant
APG-Neuros- Blainville
L'assistant RH soutient les activités quotidiennes des ressources humaines, notamment le recrutement, l’intégration des employés, l’administration RH et le respect des processus internes.
Responsabilités
- Coordonner le recrutement (affichages, entrevues, suivi des candidats)
- Assurer le processus d’accueil et d’intégration des nouveaux employés
- Maintenir les dossiers RH à jour et préparer la documentation (contrats, lettres, etc.)
- Soutenir la paie, les avantages sociaux et les demandes des employés
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures RH internes
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en RH
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et communicationnelles
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) un atout
- Expérience avec un système RH (ex. ADP) un atout
