Job Summary – Project Planning Specialist

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating a portfolio of projects from engineering through final delivery , ensuring schedules, capacity, resources, and customer commitments remain aligned.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor project portfolio progress, priorities, schedules, and critical paths.
Coordinate planning across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management .
Identify risks, constraints, capacity issues, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
Lead weekly/monthly portfolio review meetings and provide metrics, reporting, scenarios, and risk analysis .
Support management decision-making and proactively escalate delivery or capacity issues.
Improve planning tools, processes, and best practices.
Use ERP systems, preferably Oracle , and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
Potentially use SQL, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.

Ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 3–5 years of planning/project coordination experience , strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with assembly sequences and critical path management is important. French and English bilingualism is required.
