Inside Sales Representative
$23.5 - $25 per hourICONIX Waterworks
- Provide technical support and customer service to our customers
- Partner with the Outside Sales team to support existing customers and help identify new business opportunities
- Learn about our products and services and educate customers on their features and benefits
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information
- Assist with preparing quotations, bids, and customer correspondence
- Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks as needed
- Contribute to sales, marketing, and branch initiatives
- Develop your product knowledge and industry expertise through hands-on training and mentorship
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in sales and distribution
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support teammates across the branch

- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is considered an asset
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service, retail, warehouse, co-op, internship, or sales experience is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning and using new technology, software, and computer applications
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions as required
- Base Pay $23.50 - $25.00 / Hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
