Inside Sales Associate (FT)

Job Responsibility: Inside Sales Professional (Fence / Outdoor Living Products) Master Halco , North America's leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Langley, BC. The Inside Sales Associates work on the phone and at our branch's counter desk to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products. Inside Sales Associate daily expectations include:

• Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospective customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business.
• Calling the current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions.
• Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.
• Excellence with phone sales, computer entry, and customer-facing engagement

Desired sales experience or applicable product knowledge:

• Building materials: metals, woods, plastics, hardware
• Do-It-Yourself retail
• Construction
• Mechanical/Electrical

• High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Computer literate and proficient in MS applications.
• 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY.
