Technical Support Analyst Life Insurance
Desjardins
Provide technical support for complex operational issues at Desjardins, applying analysis and specialized studies to life and health insurance work. The position includes remote work indicators.
This technician position supports projects, solutions, and operational processes within Desjardins’ life and health insurance family. You will conduct technical research, maintain software and automated processes, and train users. The work also involves preparing technical notes and helping practitioners follow standards, tools, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues
- Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analysis
- Submit diagnoses, intervention plans, and return-to-work plans
- Roll out and maintain software and automated processes
- Train users and prepare technical notes
Requirements:
- General college diploma in a related field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- French required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced English proficiency for duties and work tools
- Action orientation and customer focus
