As the Enterprise Applications Training Lead, you will enhance operational readiness across multiple business functions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will create role-based training strategies and materials, ensuring a seamless adoption experience for teams. Your proficiency will facilitate practical sessions and provide essential support during application rollouts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead training initiatives across business applications
- Develop learning materials and training strategies
- Conduct interactive instructor-led workshops
- Support readiness for application go-lives
- Monitor training completions and user adoption metrics
- Over 7 years in application training leadership
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in medical device settings is advantageous
