We are seeking a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator with at least three years of experience in dentistry. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You will play a key role in supporting our practice's goals, focusing on kindness, integrity, respect, and exemplary customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Check patients in and out with professionalism
- Make appointment confirmation calls regularly
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Perform basic administrative tasks for smooth operations
- Minimum 3 years of dental experience
- 1-2 years in dental treatment coordinating
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
