Dental Treatment Coordinator

We’re a busy, modern and highly regarded dental practice in Kanata , and we’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our incredible team.

• Four-day work week – Monday to Thursday!

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be one of the key people helping our patients feel informed, comfortable and confident about moving forward with their care.

You’ll:

• Present treatment plans in a way that is clear, comfortable and easy for patients to understand
• Build relationships and help patients feel confident about their treatment decisions
• Discuss treatment fees and help patients understand their financial options
• Navigate insurance coverage and follow up with insurance companies
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended and outstanding treatment
• Coordinate more comprehensive cases, including implants, Invisalign, sedation and general anaesthetic
• Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to keep everything running smoothly
• Help create the kind of patient experience that keeps people coming back — and referring their friends and family!

We’re hoping to find someone with solid dental experience who understands that being a great Treatment Coordinator is about much more than presenting a treatment plan.

You’re someone who is:

• Experienced in dental treatment coordination
• Warm, confident and comfortable connecting with all kinds of patients
• An excellent communicator who can explain dentistry without making it feel overwhelming
• Organized, proactive and great at following through
• Comfortable discussing treatment fees and insurance
• Positive, professional and a genuine team player
• Familiar with dental terminology and procedures
• Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience

A Dental Assistant background would be a definite asset, and experience with Curve Software and/or Abeldent is also an advantage.

Location: Kanata, Ontario
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $32/hour+, based on experience
