- Deliver code on time, adhering to Definition of Done
- Mentor junior developers through pair-programming sessions
- Provide design guidance within existing architecture
- Utilize advanced debugging techniques to resolve issues
- Ensure understanding of secure coding and vulnerabilities
- 4+ years in Java and object-oriented design
- 4+ years working with Spring Framework
- 3+ years on GCP and cloud native services
- Experience with Cloud Run for job scheduling
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's desired
