- Handle requests from financial partners using Salesforce
- Administer Registered Retirement Plans per CRA regulations
- Guarantee compliance with applicable tax deductions
- Process retirement fund withdrawals in a timely manner
- Work with internal partners to achieve operational success
- 2-4 years of relevant banking or finance experience
- Familiarity with MS 365 applications, focusing on Excel and Outlook
- Essential compliance background
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Capacity to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
