As the AI Director, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the AI strategy while working alongside the Chief Information and AI Officer. You will manage the lifecycle of AI solutions, ensuring they deliver business value through disciplined governance. Your leadership will foster a culture of responsible AI, guiding a team of specialists and managing vendor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead AI strategy execution at CAA Club Group
• Manage intake processes and delivery pipelines
• Establish governance for tracking outcomes and risks
• Conduct reviews for AI solution effectiveness
• Guide ML/AI Specialists in execution and delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related
• Over 10 years in AI leadership
• Experience in compliance and governance frameworks
• Proficient with AI technologies and MLOps
• Leadership experience across technical teams
