WSP Mechanical Engineering Team Leader

This senior role combines in-depth technical skills with leadership responsibilities. You will manage a team focused on delivering mechanical designs for essential water infrastructure. Your ability to mentor engineers and communicate effectively will drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the design of mechanical systems for water treatment
• Mentor junior and senior engineers in design practices
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• P.Eng. designation required
• 10-15+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven track record in project management
• Knowledge of NFPA and ASHRAE standards
