This position within the Fixed Plant Maintenance Department offers you the chance to develop, implement, and monitor reliability strategies for critical equipment. You’ll be responsible for analyzing data and leading investigations into equipment failures, promoting a culture of proactive maintenance. Collaborating with other departments will be essential to integrate reliability engineering into daily operations for increased productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute reliability engineering methods for assets
• Lead RCA investigations for process improvement
• Collaborate on maintenance schedules and reliability integration
• Analyze performance indicators for equipment and costs
• Promote new predictive maintenance technologies
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in reliability engineering, ideally in mining
• Expertise in reliability methodologies like FMEA and RCA
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM tools
• Proven analytical and communication skills
