In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in private residences. Duties:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and grime
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
Organize household items and maintain storage areas to promote orderliness
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards
Experience
Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments reliably
Customer service orientation with friendly communication skills to foster positive client relationships
Basic knowledge of hospitality practices and cleanliness standards is advantageous
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the workday
