Expected Start Date: September 28, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Yorkton Regional Health Centre City/Town: Yorkton Department: Mental Health Community Case Management Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Addictions Counsellor - Diploma $29.584 to $36.176 Travel Required: Yes Job : As a member of the mutli-disciplinary team, and under the general direction of the Director of Mental Health and Addictions Services and Addiction Counselor - Supervisor, the primary goal will be restore, maintain and enhance the recovery of people seeking help for addiction and/or addiction related issues by implementing various modalities of addiction recovery programs. Responsibilities include providing informational programming as well as individual and group counseling sessions with clients. This position will be expected to assess individual and group needs of clients and implement plans to help clients reach their goals. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Chemical Dependency diploma
