Expected Start Date: October 05, 2026 Union: CUPE Facility: Yorkton Community Services - Public Health City/Town: Yorkton Department: Public Health Nursing Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 9 $21.380 to $22.890 (3 step range) Travel Required: Yes Job : The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections. Human Resources Exemption: No Multi-Site:- Yes
Experience
- One (1) year previous related life skills/experience or experience working with family services or social services (ex: culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community or school programs)
Education
- Grade 12
Competencies
- Basic - Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of poverty issues
- Ability to work in a group setting
