Quality Coordinator

PWM Hydraulics Ltd. O/A PWM Dynamics is a Yorkton, Saskatchewan manufacturer focused on precision engineering, fluid power, defence assemblies, aerospace, and advanced industrial manufacturing. PWM publicly states that it has more than 40 years of experience, exports to more than 50 countries, and delivers end-to-end capabilities across engineering, machining, welding, assembly, coating, painting, testing, automation, and bespoke manufacturing. PWM also highlights hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, valve blocks, manifolds, accumulators, complete assemblies, and other custom products, supported by ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 quality systems.

PWM is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System in compliance with International Organization for Standardization standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and ISO requirements
Maintain controlled documents and filling systems
Assist in planning, coordinating and performing internal audits
Track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions
Support certification and surveillance audits
Support auditors during audits activities
Prepare required documentation and audit evidence
Ensure ongoing compliance with standards
Support in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role (hydraulics or machining preferred)
Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality software systems
Familiarity with hydraulic systems, components, or fluid power applications
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
