Job Description
- Manage all phases of commercial fit-out projects, from initial planning to final completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and designs.
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in construction project management within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
