Help Wanted: Front of House Manager - Fish & Chips Counter

We're opening a brand-new casual seafood spot and are looking to develop someone in to to our hands on Front of House Manager to lead the charge!

If you're a hands-on, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating great guest experiences, this is your chance to shape something from the ground up.

About the Role: You'll oversee the full front-of-house operation at our counter-service fish & chips restaurant. From hiring and scheduling to guest service and daily systems, you'll be responsible for keeping things smooth, efficient, and welcoming.

Previous full service experience is a bonus, but this could be ideal for someone who has succeeded as a Barista/Key Holder

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example during service—taking orders, running food, and jumping in wherever needed
• Hire, train, and supervise FOH team members
• Create schedules, manage breaks, and maintain labor targets
• Handle inventory, vendor orders, and monthly counts
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality checks, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain POS programming and update menu as needed
• Build a positive, team-first culture with a focus on efficiency and great service

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisor role in a counter-service or fast-casual restaurant
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, and light admin work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lead a team through busy service with calm confidence
• Passion for great food, great people, and great vibes

Pay: $38,273.12-$62,756.32 per year
