Leverage more than 10 years of experience in project coordination and contract documentation in this in-person role. In this role, you will be responsible for managing team interactions and supervising junior staff, ensuring the delivery of quality designs and contract materials. Work closely with the firm Principals in a collaborative environment that prioritizes architecture and construction administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the production of contract documents
• Coordinate design efforts with external consultants
• Engage in internal quality control assessments
• Supervise tasks assigned to junior and intermediate staff
• Manage communications with clients and business partners

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant architectural experience
• Extensive knowledge of building envelope technology required
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards necessary
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam essential
