Corporate Facilities Manager in Moncton

Join us as a Facilities Manager for our corporate facility in Moncton, NB, overseeing operations and safety for additional sites across Canada. Emphasize excellence in facility management. We seek an experienced Facilities Manager with 8+ years in managing large facilities and multi-site portfolios. This position focuses on ensuring compliance, overseeing maintenance, and managing various building systems in a busy corporate environment. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainability and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of building operations and maintenance
- Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
- Ensure health and safety compliance for the facility
- Lead renovation and upgrade projects as necessary
- Monitor operations across additional Canadian properties
- Over 8 years in facilities or building management
- Experience managing facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and vendor management
- On-call availability for urgent facility concerns
- Willing to travel for oversight of multiple sites
