Front Office Supervisor

Under the authority of the Front Office Director, the reception supervisor participates in managing the operations of the front office department to exceed the needs and expectations of the clientele. He/She ensures the implementation of customer service standards by providing team members with the guidance and support necessary for them to perform their jobs adequately.  He/She also undertakes various management tasks to support the management in its work.

FUNCTIONS:

Enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures 

Ensure customer satisfaction during and after the stay and address complaints, if applicable 

Provide exceptional service to our clients during reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and any concierge-related requests

Anticipate customer needs to provide personalized service

Ensure good communication between different departments

Assist front office agents in their daily work

Monitor quality and team performance with a focus on training and teamwork

Demonstrate leadership to encourage team members to meet and exceed expectations

Ensure cleanliness of public areas

Degree in Hotel Management

2 years of relevant experience in a similar position

Professional attitude and behavior (teamwork, autonomy, punctuality, dynamism, honesty, versatility, initiative, organizational skills, etc.)

Ability to manage stress and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude

Commitment to providing a high level of customer service

Knowledge of Opera Cloud (an asset). 

Fluent in both spoken and written English and French with excellent communication skills to serve our international clientele.
