Our client, a friendly law firm is growing! They are in need of a Family Law Clerk to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Financial and Net Family Property (NFP) Statements
- Draft documents as needed
- Write effective correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Manage schedules and act as liaison to third parties
- Open / close client files and prepare Statement of Accounts in PCLaw
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant family law experience
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent
- Expertise in DivorceMate and PCLaw programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and file management skill
