Le programme de réparation de carrosserie de Tesla est à la recherche d’un agent de liaison pour travailler sur l’une des marques de véhicules les plus novatrices au monde. Ce poste implique de soutenir l’atelier de carrosserie interne dans tous les aspects de son programme de réparation autorisée après collision.
The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.
What You'll Do
- Gestion de la planification des travaux

- Réapprovisionnement du matériel et des fournitures
- Revue des dossiers de réparation et livraison
- S’acquitter des autres tâches qui sont assignées
- Work scheduling maintenance
- Vehicle arrival preparation
- Customer communication and expectations
- Rental coordination and hand off
- Vehicle status updates
- Material and supplies reordering
- Repair review and delivery
What You'll Bring
- Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Québec
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ainsi que la capacité de suivre les instructions requises
- Approche orientée client et capacité d’établir de bonnes relations avec l’équipe
- Habilité de travailler de façon indépendante dans un environnement avec supervision limité
- Expérience de Microsoft Office un atout
- Doit être disposé à former d’autres personnes
- Expérience avec les comptes recevable est un atout
- The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
- Strong customer-oriented approach with clients and coworkers
- Must be willing to train others
- Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
- Account receivable experience is a plus
