Job Responsibility:
Baytex Energy Corp. is an energy company with headquarters based in Calgary, Alberta and offices in Houston, Texas. The company is engaged in the acquisition, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Baytex's common shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol BTE.

Responsibilities:
- Joint Interest Billings.
- Review and process non-op Joint Interest Billings into Qbyte FM.
- Review and process royalty income and manual invoices.
- Use of CS Explorer and Registry to validate rates and volumes.
- Handle operated joint venture billing queries and disputes in a timely manner.
- Correspond with the Land department and field staff, as required.
- Participate in the preparation of the reconciliation of accounts and cheque requests monthly.
- Payout statements.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of oil and gas accounting experience
- EnergyLink experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CAPPA certificate would be an asset
- Accounting diploma or degree would be an asset
- Qbyte FM
- Qbyte Optix
