Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Our client is a leading real-estate organization with a strong presence across Canada, known for its commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and collaborative teamwork. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function across multiple business entities. Your New Role:
You will be responsible for processing invoices and employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You Need to Do:
- Process high volumes of invoices and employee expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Ensure payments comply with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls
- Verify and account for applicable sales taxes
- Support weekly payment runs, including wire payment preparation and processing
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment, and system-related issues
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting requirements
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 1+ years of accounts payable, invoice processing, or expense management experience
- Experience working with Oracle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with automated procure-to-pay systems is considered an asset.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management platforms is preferred. What You'll Get in Return:
