Customer Support Representative, Tier 1

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Representative Tier 1 - Sales in Regina, SK.
The shifts in this position include Monday - Friday 12 - 8pm and occasional Saturdays.

As a Sales Customer Support Representative:
Answers customers questions in a timely manner.
Resolves customers issues/problems on customer accounts for TV, Internet, telephone, and security services or forwards them to a Tier 2 or Supervisor if need be.
Verify customers information, book work orders/service calls, answer questions, create tickets and puts notes on customer accounts.
Sales includes acquiring new customers, retaining current ones, answering questions, providing sales support.
Strong customer service skills, communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills are needed to be successful in this position.

Previous Call Centre experience is an asset.
Minimum grade 12 education.
Clear Criminal Record Check.
