Align Custom Fit is a rapidly scaling, premium podiatric health, biomechanics-focused and custom fit footwear brand pioneering the future of movement health. We are seeking a full-time, career-minded Toronto Flagship Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the elite anchor across our premium Toronto First Canadian Place location.

This is not a temporary spa or medical receptionist job. This is a high-visibility, regional career track designed for a professional whose art form is high-end service. Our leadership team began in this frontline seat and transitioned into salaried multi-site regional operations management within two years. The Compensation & Lifestyle

• Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Estimated 42 hours per week). Aug 1 - Sept 1 flexible start date window.
• Salary: $52,500 – $60,000 annually per hour (Value-aligned package based on experience, luxury credentials, and regional output).

Your Core Functions (The Identity)

Guided by our CARE Framework , you understand the shift from administrative tasking to VIP Journey Guiding :

• VIP Hospitality & Brand Storytelling: Act as a 5-star host rather than a desk clerk. You will run premium flagship showroom tours, welcome clients/patients with elite hospitality, and tell the Align brand narrative seamlessly.
• Booking Performance & Growth: Nurture inbound community interest and primarily through education, convert 85%+ of "Hot Leads" into active clinical appointments to optimize schedule saturation.
• Showroom Aesthetics & Presentation: Ensure our front-of-house and back-of-house spaces remain "polished and perfect" at a luxury 5-star standard at all times.
• Frictionless Logistics: Precision management of medical files, point-of-sale invoicing, and insurance inquiries to provide an absolutely smooth financial experience for our clients/patients.
• Product Synergy: Manage incoming premium inventory merchandising in the showroom and strategically track client-specific Align Orthotics™ footwear and compression orders.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering pristine client experiences in one of these four sectors:

1. Premium Fitness & Boutique Wellness: Experience handling high-demand, high-net-worth client communities (e.g., Equinox, premium yoga/pilates studios).
2. Luxury Hotels: Front desk agents, client relations specialists, or concierges from premium boutique properties.
3. Luxury Fashion Retail: Stylists, premium client consultants, or key holders from high-end retail ecosystems (e.g., Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, Aritzia).
4. Boutique Aesthetics & Medical Spas: Experienced client coordinators who understand high-end client service but want a clearer leadership progression path.
