Job Responsibility:
Overview:Looking for a senior experienced MVA rehabilitation clinic admin. Must have and excellent knowledge of the MVA insurance industry, universal software experience is an asset. This is a senior leadership role with growth opportunities. Candidate must possess knowledge of the MVA and SABS regulatory environment. They must also possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Applicant will be client/patient facing and have an understanding of clinic and insurance protocols with respect to motor vehicle accidents. The right candidate will be well compensated and have access to growth opportunities within a large diverse multidisciplinary organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the rehabilitation department- Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and treatment plans- Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services provided- Take part and contribute to regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and procedures- Handle billing and collections- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills:- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, including medical terminology and electronic medical records.- Experience in budgeting and financial management.- Proficiency in Universal (Antibex), and HCAI.- Familiarity with hospital or medical office operations- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals- Strong problem-solving abilities
