Role Title: Java Backend Developer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Experience Required: 6-8 Years
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with cloud technologies, and a passion for building high-performance systems that support modern web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build scalable and high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver features.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Design and manage databases, including schema creation and query optimization.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• 6-8 years of backend engineering experience.
