Our client, is seeking an experienced, highly technical Technical Project Manager – Loyalty Platform to lead the delivery of their global Loyalty Platform Initiative.

In this strategic, high-visibility role within the Digital Platform Engineering group, you will bridge technical execution and product strategy to manage roadmaps, engineering dependencies, and complex system integrations required to scale an omnichannel guest loyalty ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end delivery schedules, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate with third-party software vendors, and proactively resolve architectural blockers across microservices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise e-commerce engines.

Duration: 3-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)

Responsibilities
Program & Sprint Execution: Own end-to-end delivery schedules for the Loyalty Platform team; facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives).

Technical Integration & Dependency Management: Track and manage cross-functional technical dependencies across internal backend engineering teams, cloud infrastructure, enterprise APIs, e-commerce platforms, and third-party CRM/loyalty vendors.

Vendor & Integration Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external software vendors, agency partners, and system integration resources.

Risk Mitigation & Scope Control: Proactively identify architectural blockers, track technical dependencies, and manage change controls to protect sprint commitments and target launch dates.

Status & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, dependency logs, and roadmaps in Jira and Confluence, delivering clear executive status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Technical Project Management Experience: 4+ years of dedicated technical project management experience delivering enterprise software, backend platform, or complex digital integration projects.

Loyalty & Domain Depth: Proven track record in retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech, with direct experience delivering Loyalty, CRM, or Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives.

Technical Literacy: Strong technical understanding of microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and data pipeline integrations.

Agile Tooling Mastery: Deep proficiency utilizing Jira, Confluence, and modern project tracking platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs.
