ANNUAL SALARY: $75K - $100K
We are currently seeking a Residential Project Manager to join our amazing team!
KYBE Electrical Contracting Ltd has exceptional benefits and opportunities for an experience Residential Project Manager . The qualified candidate will be provided a KYBE Electrical 2023 Ford Ranger truck as well as a new cell phone and credit card for expenses.
Salary range $75,000 - $100,000 annually
We are a growing electrical company with projects throughout the Lower Mainland . Our company consists of many small teams working collaboratively and supporting each other to reach the project goal. In the custom home residential market we work with reputable contractors on projects such as high end, passive and NetZero certified homes and renovations and in the commercial sector Breweries, Restaurants, Retail and Tenant Improvements.

Experience managing Residential projects large or small from estimating, take off and completion.
Hold a valid Canadian Journeyperson Electrician Certification.
Have a minimum 5 years Residential Electrician experience including high end, passive and NetZero certified home builds and renovations.
Hold a valid BC Driver's License.
