Payroll Processing Specialist Remote

Gestalten Sie Payroll-Prozesse als Payroll Processing Specialist in 100 % Remote-Arbeit in Deutschland. Ihre präzise Arbeitsweise ist entscheidend für die korrekte Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung. In dieser Rolle im Managed Service Team unterstützen Sie die Abrechnung für verschiedene Kunden. Sie sorgen für die Pflege und Prüfung von Stammdaten, arbeiten an der Vorbereitung von Meldungen und erstellen Reports. Eine strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sind hier essenziell. Key Responsibilities:
- Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Pflege und Kontrolle von Daten und Abläufen
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und internen Auswertungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in Payroll- oder Personaladministration von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, besonders Excel
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse auf B1 Niveau
